Welcome to the Tar River/University Neighborhood Association (TRUNA) website. Our neighborhood is located adjacent to the campus of East Carolina University and Uptown Greenville (North Carolina), the urban core of the city. It is bounded by the Tar River on the north, Cemetery Road on the east, Tenth Street on the south, and Reade Circle on the west. Click on map to see our neighborhood.
